This scent is so interesting and unique! As a female in her mid-20s, I traditionally lean towards floral and fruity scents. I was attracted to this perfume because of the jasmine top note, and was interested in trying the woodsy and warm heart and base notes. This did not disappoint! When I first spray it on my skin you definitely get the floral, but the warmth comes through almost immediately. The saffron adds a super interesting element to the scent profile. It doesn’t cause any skin irritation or dryness which is super reassuring. My only point of criticism for this perfume is that it’s not very long lasting. I tried smelling my arm throughout the day after applying and it heavily fades after the first hour. I’ve tried working around this by layering it with other perfumes that last very long on my skin but something to be aware of - as it’s an EDP, I expected more longevity from it.
This is my first time hearing about and trying this brand. The L”Affaire perfume by Octavia Morgan Los Angeles smells amazing. I have been wearing this fragrance daily since I received it. This perfume is so easy on nose. It is a smooth, sweet, floral scent. The L”Affaire is my new favorite go to perfume. The only downside is that this fragrance doesn’t seem to last long on the body. I would say maybe a hour on the skin. Maybe that’s for the best because really strong perfumes tend to give me a headache. I really look forward to wearing this perfume daily and would love to try her other scents. Would definitely recommend this perfume for something to wear everyday. Octavia Morgan’ L’Affaire is a beautifully crafted fragrance that’s incredibly easy to wear. On my skin, L’Affaire only lasted about three hours before fading into a very subtle skin scent. While the experience is lovely while it lasts, those looking for all-day wear may find themselves reapplying. This was my first fragrance to try from Octavia Morgan and my mom and I both enjoy it!I had been looking for a fragrance to make a bold statement when i walk in the room, and i finally found it with L'AFFAIRE. This is a beautiful woody-floral fragrance that catches attention. It's not overly woody or amber and not too floral, it's the perfect balance of each. In my opinion, this fragrance can be gender neutral. It does not smell too feminine or too masculine. Plus the bottle is elegant and classy and can go for any gender.Not only does it smell fantastic, but it is long lasting as well! It smells strong at first, and gets lighter as it dries down. I've been trying this product for about two weeks almost, and I actually really like it, the floral scents are so soft and soothing. I like the packaging, it's clean and it's of the perfect size for me to travel with, which is a plus!! I like that the perfume is long lasting, it's not overwhelming for me, it's pretty light and not heavy, I'm a woman who loves Flowery scents and clean notes on my perfumes, and this one is just right. it's buildable, (you can never have too much perfume on) atleast with this one, I don't really have to re-apply it throughout the day, because this scent stays, and I'm always smell fresh. I add more if I want to, just because I like this scent, makes me feel like a princess and feminine. I truly enjoy it, therefore I'll give it a 5/5 stars.
