Our approach blends modern perfumery with care-led intention. Florals,

understands both the power of fragrance and the reality of sensitivity, our
founder set out to create a new standard in luxury scent one where performance

FOUNDERS STORY
Octavia’s relationship with fragrance began early. At just five years
old, she was introduced to the world of scent through Tea Rose by Perfumer’s
Workshop a fragrance that left a lasting impression and opened the door to
a lifelong fascination. Her earliest memories are layered with the aromas of
the women who surrounded her women who carried themselves with quiet
confidence, elegance, and grace.
Her grandmother, in particular, played a defining role. She often
reminded Octavia that “a woman is never fully dressed until she sprays her
fragrance.” It was more than a saying it was a belief that fragrance was
power, presence, and self-expression.
That belief stayed with her… until it was challenged.
As Octavia grew older, she developed sensitivity to many mass-produced
fragrances. What had once felt empowering became overwhelming. Scents she loved
began triggering discomfort rather than confidence. The experience was deeply
disappointing, fragrance had always been part of her identity, and suddenly it
felt out of reach.
Determined to find an alternative, Octavia explored the world of clean
and natural fragrance. What she discovered was discouraging: while many options
claimed to be clean, they often lacked depth, complexity, projection, and
longevity. The artistry and emotional impact she loved in fine fragrance was
missing.
Octavia knew there had to be another way.
She set out to create a new standard clean, luxury fragrance designed
for fragrance-sensitive skin and senses, without compromise. Scents that
feel modern, sensual, and grounding. Compositions that honor complexity and
performance while remaining intentional and wearable.
That vision became OCTAVIA MORGAN Los Angeles a fragrance house
rooted in care, balance, and emotional connection. Each scent is thoughtfully

A Letter from Our Founder
Fragrance has always been deeply personal to me.
I’ve long believed in the power of scent to shift energy, memory, and mood but I also understand what it feels like to love fragrance and yet struggle to wear it. Sensitivity, headaches, and irritation. For many of us, luxury fragrance has felt exclusive in the wrong way.
I created OCTAVIA MORGAN Los Angeles to change that.
This brand was born from lived experience and a desire to create fragrance that feels considered, balanced, and emotionally grounding without sacrificing beauty, presence, or longevity. I wanted to design scents for people who want to feel confident, powerful and sensual. Fragrance that enhances how you feel.
